(BLANDFORD-BLENHEIM, ON) - Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Oxford Detachment responded to a report of a single vehicle collision, which resulted in injuries and charges.

On June 15, 2025, at approximately 12:30 pm, members of Oxford OPP were dispatched to a collision on Township Road 11 in the Township of Blandford-Blenheim. The driver was taken to the hospital with minor injuries and later released.

Upon further investigation the driver, Owen MCILRAVEY, 20-years-old, of Ayr, has been charged with:

  • Operation While Impaired
  • Operation While Impaired - Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) 80 plus

The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on July 15, 2025.
