The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged a Hamilton Police officer after failing to comply with a breath demand in Jarvis, Ontario, on September 8, 2025. Kyla Jobb, 37-years-old, was charged after a motor vehicle collision at 11:00 pm where she refused to provide a breath sample. There were no reported injuries.
She has been released and will appear in court on October 7, 2025. She has been reassigned to administrative duties.
