Unlawfully at Large from St. Joseph’s Hospital – West 5th Campus – Nathaniel White

The Hamilton Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Nathanial White. White is an involuntary patient in the Forensic Program at St Joseph’s Hospital - West 5th Campus located at 100 West 5th Street, Hamilton.
On Thursday, April 23rd, 2026, at 4:50 pm, police were notified that 39-year-old Nathaniel White had failed to return to St. Joseph’s Hospital, after being granted a 1 hour pass. As such, White is now unlawfully at large and wanted on a warrant of committal.
Police are also concerned about White’s wellbeing.
White is described as male, white, 5’9” tall, average build, bald with a sunburn on top of his head. He was last seen wearing a black sweater, black pants, and grey and black shoes. White was also carrying a bright yellow guitar case and a green coloured reusable grocery bag.
White is known to frequent local businesses and restaurants on the Hamilton Mountain.
If observed, do not approach White and call 911.
