Hamilton Police are seeking assistance from the community as they continue to investigate a sexual assault that occurred on a walking path near Gourley Park on Hamilton Mountain.
On Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at approximately 9:00 pm, police received a report of a sexual assault. The victim, while walking in the area near Brigadoon Drive, was approached and assaulted by an unknown male suspect.

- Black beard
- Wearing a dark or black oversized hoodie and dark or black long pants
