Hamilton Police Investigate the City's 60th Shooting

Hamilton Police are investigating a shooting in the area of Jackson Street East and Bowen Street.
On November 26, 2024, Hamilton Police were called around 2:55 am for a shooting that had just taken place. At this time, investigators do not believe there were any injuries.
The Shooting Response Team has taken over the investigation.
Police are looking to identify the shooting suspect who has been described as male, curly hair, wearing a hoodie, blue jeans and black/white shoes.
While the motive of this shooting remains under investigation, investigators believe that this shooting was targeted. The individual who investigators believe was the intended target did not remain on scene.
