Hamilton Police are investigating a collision that occurred this evening on Garth Street at the Lincoln Alexander Parkway Overpass. A cyclist was struck by a motor vehicle. The road remains closed at this time while police continue to investigate. The Hamilton Police Collision Reconstruction Unit has taken carriage of the investigation. Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed the collision or who has dash cam footage from the area around 8:00pm on Garth Street to contact police.
