Hamilton Police Looking for Wanted Male

Hamilton Police are looking for 29-year-old male, Quincy Owen Francis.
Francis is wanted in connection with a series of residential entries where he entered residences while homeowners were sleeping. As a result of an ongoing investigation, a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
Francis is currently facing the following charges:
- Break and Enter, Theft X2
- Theft of Motor Vehicle
He is described as a black male, 6’5, 187 lbs. His appearance may have changed since the photo was taken. Francis is known to be in the Hamilton area, but also has ties to the surrounding municipalities.
