Hamilton Police Recover Drugs and Firearm during Warrant

Hamilton Police have charged three people after recovering drugs and a firearm during a warrant at a Mountain residence.
In April 2025, members of the Hamilton Police Service launched an investigation into suspected drug trafficking activity within the city.
On April 24, 2025, investigators executed a search warrant at a residence in the area of Upper Gage Avenue and Queensdale Avenue East. As a result of the search, officers seized a significant quantity of illicit drugs, an imitation firearm, a semi-automatic rifle, brass knuckles and a quantity of Canadian currency.
Three individuals were arrested and face the following charges:
Jessie Robilliard, 36-years-old from Hamilton
- CDSA 5(2) Possession for the Purpose Schedule I – Fentanyl
- CDSA 5(2) Possession for the Purpose Schedule I – MDMA
- CDSA 5(2) Possession for the Purpose Schedule I – Cocaine
- CDSA 5(2) Possession for the Purpose Schedule III – Psilocybin
- CC91(2) Possession of Prohibited Weapon
- CC355(b) Proceeds of Crime Under $5000
Lisa Kitchener, 37-years-old from Hamilton
- CDSA 5(2) Possession for the Purpose Schedule I – Fentanyl
- CC91(2) Possession of Prohibited Weapon
- CC355(b) Proceeds of Crime Under $5000
Connor Muir, 31-years-old from Hamilton
- CDSA 4(1) Possession Schedule I – MDMA
- CC91(1) Unauthorized Possession of Firearm
