Hamilton Police seize firearm after an early morning disturbance in the area of Jackson Street East and Ferguson Avenue.
On November 30, 2024, at 3:45 am, Hamilton Police were called to the area for a disturbance. Officers attended and became aware that one of the individuals was possibly in possession of a firearm. With the support of the Hamilton Police Emergency Response Unit, the individual was safely arrested shortly after 7:30 am
The individual has been held for court and is facing charges of mischief under $5,000 and unauthorized possession of a firearm.
