Hamilton Police Urge Community to Help in Shooting Investigation

Hamilton Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred early this morning. Shortly after 6:30 am, police received reports from a male who stated he had been shot in the foot in the area of Cochrane Road South and Hixon Road. The incident is believed to have taken place between 2:30 am and 3:00 am on Tuesday, July, 30, 2024.
Preliminary information suggests there were two male suspects involved, driving a silver, two-door Honda. The victim was treated for non-life-threatening injuries at a local hospital.
