Hamilton Police have arrested Albert Hyseni, a 22-year-old who was wanted for manslaughter. Hyseni remains in custody following his bail hearing this morning.
On Tuesday, October 3, 2023, Hamilton Police responded to reports of shots fired in the area of 111 Herkimer Street in Hamilton. Upon arrival, police located the deceased, Tito Kelly. Through investigation, police believe this was an isolated incident involving a drug transaction where both sides exchanged gunfire.
His arrest today marks a significant step forward in this investigation.
