Milwaukee M18 Compact 2-Tool Kit

The Hamilton Police Service recently embarked on a month-long project called “Project Open Air” which focused on eliminating a complex drug trafficking market in the downtown core. Since then, Hamilton Police have learned drug dealers have redirected their efforts towards downtown pharmacies. Drug dealers will set up shop out front of the pharmacy and will blatantly trade dangerous street drugs to patrons of the pharmacy for their prescription drugs. As a result of this information, on Saturday, January 4, 2024 Hamilton Police arrested a 22 year-old male from Quebec for drug trafficking in the downtown core for engaging in this exact behaviour.

Members of central division HEAT arrested Alexandre TARDIF, 22 years old from Quebec for the following charges:

  1. Possession for the purpose of trafficking - fentanyl
  2. Possession for the purpose of trafficking - methamphetamine
  3. Possession for the purpose of trafficking - oxycodone
  4. Proceeds of crime under $5000.00
  5. Fail to comply with release order other than to attend court
