BOSCH 11264EVS 1-5/8 SDS-Max Combo Hammer

At approximately 11:14 pm on September 12th, Hamilton Police Service received a report from a monitoring agency that the assigned GPS ankle monitor belonging to accused, Jonathan Shane Beaver, had been tampered with. The last known location provided was in the area of Hatt Street and Sydenham Drive in Dundas. Beaver has ties to Hamilton, and a number of other cities in Ontario including Brantford, Haldimand-Norfolk, Paris, Waterloo, York, Bruce Peninsula, and Niagara.

Beaver was on a Release Order for charges with York Regional Police stemming from January 29th 2025. Charges included Break and Enter Commit, Break and Enter to Steal Firearm, Disguise with Intent, Unauthorized Possession Firearm, Possession of a Prohibited Firearm, Conspiracy to Commit an Indictable Offence.

Beaver was already in breach of his curfew and radius conditions when he removed his GPS monitor. As a result, the Hamilton Police service investigation has led to additional charges of two counts of failing to comply with his release order.
