Hamilton Police continue to investigate a single motor vehicle collision that occurred early this morning and are asking the community to avoid the area as the investigation continues.
On Wednesday, March 20, 2024, shortly before 8:00 am, a male in his 50s was driving his vehicle in the area of North Service Road and Fifty Road in Stoney Creek, when the vehicle struck a pole.
The male was the sole occupant.
Hamilton Police were called and assisted with life-saving measures. The male was transported to hospital and has since been pronounced deceased.
