Hamilton Police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding a stabbing that took place last evening. On Saturday, February 21st, 2026, shortly after 1:20am, the Hamilton Police responded to a stabbing that just occurred in the area of Barton St. E. and Barnsdale Ave N. The victim was transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, and a suspect was arrested shortly after, not far from the location.
