(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON) - A driver is facing impaired driving charges, following an investigation by Haldimand County OPP. On the evening of May 27, 2026, at 7:40 pm officers were called to attend the Rattlesnake Road area regarding a vehicle driving erratically in the County of Haldimand.
As a result of the investigation, police arrested and charged 63-year-old, Jerry BUJACZ from Haldimand County, with the following Criminal Code offences:
- Operation While Impaired - Blood Alcohol Concentration Over 80
- Operation while impaired - alcohol and drugs
The accused was released and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga on July 7, 2026.
