(HALDIMAND COUNTY) - Complaint of disturbance leads to charges in Haldimand County.
On February 6, 2026, at approximately 9:50 am, members of the Haldimand detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to a Lock Street address in Dunnville for a disturbance.
A 42-year-old from Dunnville has been charged with the following Criminal Code offences:
- Assault
- Assault Cause Bodily harm
- Uttering Threats
- Mischief
- Fail to Comply with Probation Order
The accused remains in custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga on a later date.
