DRUG AND PROPERTY RELATED CHARGES LAID
(HALDIMAND COUNTY) - An individual is facing several charges following a property related investigation.
On May 20, 2026, at approximately 10:00 am, members of the Haldimand detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police responded to a property related complaint on Second Line, Mississaugas of the Credit, First Nation.
The investigation determined that previously reported stolen property was located at the location, along with suspected illicit drugs.
Jenna HAGAN, 27-years-old of Hagersville has been charged with the following offences:
- Possession of a Schedule I Substance (two counts)
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000 (three counts)
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000 (three counts)
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario court of Justice in Cayuga on May 21, 2026.
