(HALDIMAND, ON) - On November 19, 2025, Haldimand County OPP were conducting a stationary ride program at First Line, in the County of Haldimand.
Upon stopping a vehicle and speaking to a male driver, police administered an approved roadside screening device test which resulted in a “fail”.
Following a police investigation, Paul Saric a 64-year-old male of Caledonia, was taken into custody and charged with the following offences:
- Operation While Impaired - Blood Alcohol Concentration Over 80
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga.
