(HALDIMAND COUNTY) - Two individuals are facing impaired charges from the past week.
On December 23, 2025, members of the Haldimand detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a motor vehicle collision on Parkview Road, Hagersville.
A 26-year-old from Nanticoke has been charged with the following:
- Operation while Impaired
- Operation while Impaired - Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 plus)
On December 30, 2025, members of Haldimand OPP received a report of a single vehicle collision on Highway 6, Caledonia.
A 32-year-old from Hamilton has been charged with the following:
- Operation while Impaired - Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 plus)
Both accused are scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga in early 2026.
