(MALAHIDE, ON) Two people were injured after a pick-up truck and sedan collide on Lyons Line in Malahide Township.
On Monday, March 2, 2026, at approximately 7:25 am, Elgin County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), and Emergency Medical Services responded to a two-vehicle collision on Lyons Line.
The driver of the pickup truck, a 59-year-old from Brownsville and a 21-year-old from London who was operating the sedan were transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The injuries of both drivers have been downgraded to non-life threatening.
Lyons Line was closed from Imperial Road to Newell Road for several hours but is now open.
