On Saturday, December 22, 2025, at approximately 10:26 pm, a member of the Elgin OPP stopped a passenger vehicle on Highway 401 eastbound lanes, Municipality of Chatham Kent.
A 39-year-old of Michigan was charged under the Highway Traffic Act with Drive Motor Vehicle - Perform stunt - Excessive speed.
