OPP IS INVESTIGATING A SINGLE MOTOR VEHICLE COLLISION ON HIGHWAY 69
(SUDBURY, ON) - One person is deceased from a single motor vehicle collision on Highway 69.
On Monday, April 27, 2026, at approximately 2:50 am, members of the Nipissing West (Sudbury) Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Highway 69, Sudbury.
The lone driver, a 42-year-old female from Sudbury, was transported to the area hospital with serious life-threatening injuries, who later succumbed to their injuries.
The investigation remains ongoing with assistance from the OPP Technical Collision Investigation and Reconstruction teams to determine the cause of the collision.
