(PHELPSTON, ON) - Members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are requesting the assistance of the public following a fail-to-remain motor vehicle collision.

On Thursday, May 28, 2026, at approximately 7:10 pm, officers responded to a motor vehicle collision involving a sedan and SUV on Flos Road Four, between Leo Marley Way and Buckley Street, in Phelpston. The SUV was in the process of turning left when a sedan attempted to pass at the same time, sideswiping the SUV before fleeing the scene. No injuries were reported.

The suspect vehicle is described as a black, older-model sedan. Home security footage shows the vehicle travelling westbound on Flos Road Four West toward Crossland Road.
