(RENFREW, ON) - The Renfrew Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged one person after responding to an assault call for service.
On Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at approximately 7:20 pm, Renfrew OPP responded to an assault call for service in the McNab-Braeside Township.
As a result of the investigation, one person was charged with:
- Assault
- Uttering Threats- cause death or bodily harm
- Uttering threats- damage property
- Forcible Entry
The accused was released and will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Pembroke at a later date.
