(RENFREW, ON) - The Renfrew Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged one person after responding to a shoplifting call in the Town of Renfrew.
On Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at approximately 5:50 pm, Renfrew OPP responded to a shoplifting call for service in the Town of Renfrew.
As a result of the investigation, Ian HOPPER age 50 of Petawawa was charged with, - Theft under $5000- Shoplifting
- Two counts of fail to comply with probation order
The accused was held for a bail hearing.
