(RENFREW, ON) - The Renfrew Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged one person after responding to an assault call.
On Thursday, March 19, 2025, at approximately 11:05 am, Renfrew OPP officers responded to an assault call for service in Whitewater region township.
As a result of the investigation, one young person was charged with:
- Assault with a weapon
- Uttering threats- to cause death or bodily harm
- Mischief
The accused was released and will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Pembroke at a later date.
