(ADMASTON-BROMLEY TWP., ON) - The driver of a tractor trailer, which rolled over on Highway 60 in the village of Douglas, has been charged.

On Thursday, September 4, 2025, just after 2:30 pm, members of the Renfrew Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded the incident, which happened at the intersection of Queen and Isabella Streets, which is part of Highway 60.

The driver was not hurt.

The transport and its load of lumber had to be towed from the scene and the highway reopened around 10:30 pm Traffic had been able to take a detour around the scene.

The driver, a 29-year-old man from Vaudreuil-Doiron, Quebec, has been charged with making an improper left turn.
