(BRANT COUNTY, ON) - A driver is facing impaired driving charges, following an investigation by Brant County OPP. On the night of May 27, 2026, at 11:00 pm officers were called to attend Grand River Street North regarding a vehicle driving erratically in the County of Brant.
As a result of the investigation, police arrested and charged 46-year-old, Lindsay CARPENTER from Brantford, with the following Criminal Code offence, Operation While Impaired - Blood Alcohol Concentration Over 80.
The accused was released and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford on July 9, 2026.
