(BRANT, ON) - A driver is facing impaired charges after police were called to a motor vehicle collision.
On Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at approximately 2:50 pm, Brant County OPP were called to Grand River Street North at St. Patrick Street to investigate a Two motor vehicle collision in the County of Brant.
Police charged Vasyl CHORNIY 51-years-old, of Burlington, Ontario with the following Criminal Code offences:
- Operation While Impaired - Alcohol and drugs, - Operation While Impaired - Blood Alcohol Concentration Over 80, - Dangerous Operation
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of Justice in Brantford on June 25th, 2026.
