One Person Charged
(BRANT, ON) - Members of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged one individual following an intimate partner violence investigation in Brant County.
On April 17, 2026, at approximately 8:00 pm, Brant County OPP responded to a report of a disturbance at a residence in the County of Brant.
As a result of the investigation, a 45-year-old individual from the town of Paris was arrested and charged under the Criminal Code with two counts of Assault - Cause Bodily Harm - Spousal
The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford, on June 4th, 2026.
