MISCHIEF INVESTIGATION - ONE PERSON ARRESTED and CHARGED
(Brant, ON) - Members of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged one individual following a dispute incident in Brant County.
On April 20, 2026, at approximately 3:00 pm, Brant County OPP responded to a report of a disturbance at a residence in the County of Brant.
The investigation determined that a verbal argument between two individuals escalated into one individual threatening to physically harm the complainant and proceeded to break the complainant’s personal property. No person was injured as a result. The involved parties are known to one another.
As a result of the investigation, 55-year-old Elizabeth O’Donnell from Brant County was charged with:
- Uttering Threats - Cause death or Bodily Harm, - Mischief - destroys or damages property
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford on May 29th, 2026.
