(BRANT COUNTY, ON) - A driver is facing impaired driving charges, following an investigation by Brant County OPP. On the afternoon of May 4, 2026, at 12:20 pm officers conducted a traffic stop at Silver Street at Grand River Street North in the County of Brant.
As a result of the investigation, police arrested and charged 45-year-old, Jeremy Shippet from Paris, with the following Criminal Code offences:
- Failure or refusal to comply with demand, - Driving while under suspension
Upon completion of all release and court documents, the accused was released and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford on June 19, 2026.
