DRIVER ARRESTED AFTER IMPAIRED DRIVING INVESTIGATION

(BRANT COUNTY, ON) - A driver is facing impaired driving charges, following an investigation by Brant County OPP. On the morning of May 9, 2026, at 10:30 pm an officer conducted a traffic stop on Grand River Street South in the county of Brant.
As a result of the traffic stop and subsequent investigation, police arrested and charged a 67-year-old driver, Daniel ANDERSON from Brantford, with the following Criminal Code charge of Operation While Impaired - Blood Alcohol Concentration Over 80.
Upon completion of all court documents, the accused was released and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford on June 18, 2026.
