One Person Charged
(BRANT, ON) - Members of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged one individual following an intimate partner violence investigation in Brant County.
On January 26, 2025, at approximately 1:01 pm, Brant County OPP responded to a report of an assault at a residence in the County of Brant.
As a result of the investigation, a 27-year-old individual from Brant County was charged under the Criminal Code with Assault - Spousal.
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice at a later date.
