(BRANT COUNTY, ON) - A driver is facing Theft charges, following an investigation by Brant County OPP. On the afternoon of May 9, 2026, at 3:00 pm, an officer conducted a traffic stop on Cockshutt Road and Burtch Road in the county of Brant.

As a result of the traffic stop and subsequent investigation, police arrested and charged a 42-year-old driver, Kyle HENHAWK from Hagersville, with the following Criminal Code charge of Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000 - in Canada.

Upon completion of all court documents, the accused was released and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford on July 23, 2026.
