(BRANT COUNTY, ON) - A driver is facing impaired driving charges, following an investigation by Brant County OPP. On the morning of April 11, 2026, at 1:30 am officers were called to attend a parking lot on Pinehurst Road in the town of Paris, regarding a vehicle driving erratically in the parking lot.
As a result of the investigation, police arrested and charged a 20-year-old driver, Owen PARSONS from Brant County, with the following Criminal Code offences:
- Operation While Impaired - Alcohol and drugs
- Operation While Impaired - Blood Alcohol Concentration Over 80
- Drive vehicle or boat with cannabis readily available
Once the release court documents were completed, the accused was released and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford on May 22, 2026.
