(BRANT, ON) - A driver is facing Impaired charges after police were called to a single motor vehicle collision.
On Monday, January 19, 2026, at approximately 7:06 pm, Brant County OPP were called to Bethel Road east of Bishopsgate Road to investigate a single motor vehicle collision.
Police charged 47-year-old, Scott KERSEY of Brantford with the following offences:
- Operation While Impaired - Alcohol and drugs
- Operation While Impaired - Blood Alcohol Concentration Over 80
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of Justice on February 5th, 2026, in Brantford.
