One Person Charged
(BRANT, ON) - Members of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged one individual following an intimate partner violence investigation in Brant County.
On February 28, 2026, at approximately 8:20 am, Brant County OPP responded to a report of a disturbance at a residence in the County of Brant.
As a result of the investigation, a 58-year-old individual from Brant County was arrested and charged under the Criminal Code with the following:
- Assault - Spousal
- Assault - Cause Bodily Harm
The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford at a later date.
