(BRANT COUNTY, ON) - A driver is facing impaired driving charges, following an investigation by Brant County OPP. On the morning of May 9, 2026, at 3:30 am an officer conducted a traffic stop on Mechanic Street and Broadway Street West in the county of Brant.
As a result of the traffic stop and subsequent investigation, police arrested and charged a 42-year-old driver, Alexander MISEROWSKY from Paris, with the following Criminal Code charges:
- Operation While Impaired - Blood Alcohol Concentration Over 80
- Operation while impaired - alcohol and drugs
Upon completion of all court documents, the accused was released and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford on June 19, 2026.
