(BRANT COUNTY, ON) - A driver is facing impaired driving charges, following an investigation by Brant County OPP. On the morning of May 10, 2026, at 3:20 am an officer conducted a traffic stop on Colborne Street East between Brant County Road 18 and Papple Road in the county of Brant.
As a result of the traffic stop and subsequent investigation, police arrested and charged a 20-year-old driver, Amber CHAPMAN from Brantford, with the following Criminal Code charges:
- Operation While Impaired - Blood Alcohol Concentration Over 80, - Operation while impaired - alcohol and drugs, - Dangerous operation
Upon completion of all court documents, the accused was released and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford on June 18, 2026.
