(LAKESHORE, ON) - Essex County OPP has charged an individual after a theft investigation in Lakeshore.
On April 25, 2026, at approximately 9:53 am, members of the Essex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), responded to a theft complaint.
As a result of the investigation, Brandon THRASHER, a 27 year-old male of Tecumseh, has been charged with the following Criminal Code offences:
- Tresspassing at Night (7 counts)
- Theft Under $5000 from a Motor Vehicle (5 counts)
- Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000 - in Canada (5 counts)
- Theft of Credit Card (6 counts)
- Use of Credit Card (7 counts)
The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice - Windsor, to speak to the charges on July 17, 2026.
