MULTIPLE DRIVERS CHARGED WITH IMPAIRED OVER WEEKEND

(LEAMINGTON, ON) - The Leamington Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) charged four drivers with impaired driving over the weekend.
On November 29, 2025, at approximately 12:23 am, members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated a single vehicle collision on Deer Run Road in the Municipality of Leamington.
Martin BARTSCH, 19-years-old of Leamington was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code and Highway Traffic Act offences:
- Operation while impaired - alcohol and drugs
- Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
- Novice Driver - B.A.C. Above Zero
The accused was scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice - Windsor on December 16, 2025, to answer to the charges.
On November 29, 2025, at approximately 11:56 pm, members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated a single vehicle collision on County Road 33 in the Municipality of Leamington.
Johan BANMAN, 40-years-old of Leamington was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offences:
- Operation while impaired - alcohol and drugs
- Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
The accused was scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice - Windsor on December 16, 2025, to answer to the charges.
On November 30, 2025, at approximately 12:50 am, members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on Highway 77 in the Municipality of Leamington.
Felix CHACON MAYORGA, 34-years-old of Windsor was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code, Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act and Highway Traffic Act offences:
- Operation while impaired - alcohol and drugs
- Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
- Drive motor vehicle - no licence
- Fail to surrender permit for motor vehicle
- Windshield obstructed
- Fail to surrender insurance card
The accused was scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice - Windsor on December 18, 2025, to answer to the charges.
On November 30, 2025, at approximately 3:24 am, members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on Seacliff Drive West in the Municipality of Leamington.
Zoe HUDSON, 19-years-old of Windsor was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code, Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act and Highway Traffic Act offences:
- Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
The accused was scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice - Windsor on December 10, 2025, to answer to the charges.
A 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated for all drivers as per statute.
