(LAKESHORE, ON) - One individual has been charged following a traffic stop in Lakeshore.
On April 12, 2026, at approximately 00:30 am, members of the Ontario Provicial Police (OPP) conducted a vehicle stop on County Road 22 and Puce Road, in the Municipality of Lakeshore.
Duop WUR, a 42-year-old resident of Windsor was arrested and charged with the following offences:
- Operation while Impaired - alcohol and drugs
- Operation while Impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice - Windsor on May 22, 2026 to answer to the charges.
