(LEAMINGTON, ON) - Driver facing impaired driving charges after traffic complaint in on Highway 3.

On September 3, 2025, at 10:07 pm, members of the Kingsville and Leamington Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachments, were dispatched to the report of a possible impaired driver on Highway 3 Eastbound towards the Municipality of Leamington.

Police patrolled the area, the vehicle was located on Talbot Street East at County Road 31 in Leamington at which time a traffic stop was initiated.

As a result of the investigation, Henry WALL, a 29-year-old of Leamington, has been charged under the Criminal Code with:

  • Operation while impaired - alcohol and drugs
  • Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor to speak to the charges on September 19, 2025.

The driver was issued a 90-day administrative drivers licence suspension and vehicle was impounded for 7 days as per statute.
