(WARWICK, ON) - An individual from Enniskillen is facing impaired driving-related charges following a traffic stop in Warwick Township.

On April 11, 2026, shortly before 9:00 pm, members of Lambton County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on Confederation Line in Warwick Township.

As a result of the investigation, Brayden PEER, 26-years-old, of Enniskillen, was arrested and charged under the Criminal Code, Highway Traffic Act, and Liquor Licence and Control Act with the following offences:

  • Operation while Impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
  • Speeding 1-49 km/h over posted limit
  • Driving Motor vehicle with liquor readily available

A 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.

The accused was released from police custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in the City of Sarnia on May 6, 2026.
