POLICE ARE INVESTIGATING A BREAK-IN
SEEKING PUBLIC ASSISTANCE
(GRAND BEND, ON) - Members of the Lambton County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating a break-in at a local business and are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying those responsible.
On May 4, 2026, at approximately 11:00 am members of the Lambton OPP were dispatched to a business on Ontario Street in the Town of Grand Bend, for a report of a break and enter.
The investigation revealed that an unknown individual gained entry to the business around 4:00 am and during this time a quantity of cash and undetermined amount of other goods were stolen.
Police are looking to identify the suspect involved in the incident. Descriptions provided are as follows:
Suspect one:
- Male
- Wearing a hooded sweatshirt with “I (Blue heart) my crazy girlfriend” written on the front
- Wearing a mask and gloves
The investigation remains ongoing.
