INDIVIDUAL CHARGED FOLLOWING THREATS COMPLAINT

(PLYMPTON-WYOMING, ON) - One individual has been charged in relation to a threats’ investigation.
On August 3, 2025, shortly after 5:30 pm, members of the Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a threats’ complaint at an address on London Line in Plympton-Wyoming.
Investigation determined that a disturbance had occurred between two individuals. As a result, one individual was taken into custody without incident.
Tyson WELLS, 50-year-old of Sarnia, has been arrested and charged under the Criminal Code with:
- Uttering Threats - Cause Death or Bodily Harm
The accused was released from police custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in the City of Sarnia on September 25, 2025.
