POLICE INVESTIGATING DISTURBANCE IN PLYMPTON-WYOMING

(PLYMPTON-WYOMING, ON) - An individual has been charged following a disturbance in Plympton-Wyoming.
On March 2, 2026, shortly after 2:15 am, members of the Lambton County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a disturbance involving two individuals at a residence in Plympton-Wyoming.
As a result of the incident, one individual sustained minor injuries.
Following an investigation, Johnathan OSBORNE-WALSH, 19-year-old from Sarnia, was charged under the Criminal Code and Liquor Licence and Control Act with the following offences:
- Assault with a weapon
- Fail to Comply with Probation Order (two counts)
- Being intoxicated in a public place
- Having liquor in open container in unauthorized place
The accused was held pending a bail hearing and has subsequently been released from custody.
