(PLYMPTON-WYOMING, ON) - A London resident is facing drug charges following a coordinated joint investigation that has resulted in a multimillion-dollar drug seizure in Lambton County.

On December 23, 2025, just before 1:30 pm, an Ontario Ministry of Transportation commercial motor vehicle inspection prompted members of the Lambton County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), the Lambton County Community Street Crime Unit and the Border Enforcement Security Task Force, to attend the MTO scales located off Highway 402 in the Township of Plympton-Wyoming.

Police seized approximately 137 kg of suspected cocaine with an estimated street value of $4,110,000, a quantity of Canadian and U.S. currency and other offence-related items.

Harmeet DHAMOON, 43-years-old of London, is charged under the Controlled drugs and Substances Act with the following offences:

  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking - Cocaine
  • Import Schedule I Substance - Cocaine

The accused has been remanded into custody pending a bail hearing.
